Open a request via Contact IT — include required specs and justification.

Provision & configure
We image and configure devices using MDM, apply security policies and enroll the device.

Delivery & support
Device is delivered and supported — raise follow-up tickets for additional software or changes.

Downloads & Images
We do not publish OS installers or tools for direct download. Operating systems and core images are deployed to devices via our MDM/provisioning system. If you need a specific application installed, request it via Contact IT and we'll schedule deployment.

Provisioning Policies
Security baseline, applications and access levels are applied during provisioning — request exceptions through IT.
Device provisioning
We provision laptops, tablets, phones and workstations. Fill a request and we'll handle imaging, configuration and enrolment.
